The Cellar Operator I is responsible for many aspects of the brewing process including raw material handling; clarification, clean in place (CIP), COP, general cleaning, sanitation, forklift operation; various quality assurance methods, various research and development analytics; and beer evaluation. The person in this role will have a can-do attitude and a hands-on approach to assist in implementing all aspects of the brewing process. This role will work closely with our brewing and production teams to ensure that we're brewing quality craft beers.

The Packaging Operator I will be responsible for working with the packaging team to keg, bottle and can all of Uinta’s world-class products. This role has basic knowledge in one or more areas of the packaging process with an aptitude toward advancement in one or more areas. Responsibilities will include cleaning and maintaining the machinery and meeting GMP standards. Must be able to work in a fast-paced production assembly environment, be quality conscious, operate safely and have good communication skills. The Warehouse Operator I will be responsible for supporting the shipping and receiving of our products. This role will be working with the packaging team to transport all of our kegged and canned products.
