“Pastrami” cured Scottish salmon, mini pizzetta, “Monkshine” braised onions -paired with- Monkshine Organic Begian Style Blonde Ale

“Vitello Tonnato” -paired with- Wyld Organic Extra Pale Ale

Thai spice seared ruby red albacore “crudo”, grapefruit, papaya emulsion, Arbequina olive oil -paired with- Hop Notch IPA

Chard/Pumpkin “agnolotti del plin”, sage butter, caramelized butternut squash -paired with- Oak Jacked Barrel Aged Imperial Pumpkin Ale

Morgan Valley Lamb 2 ways: Cocoa/espresso rubbed Lamb “cycles”/ Baba braised lamb meatball, savory spaghetti squash -paired with- Baba Organic Black Lager

Dessert: “Labyrinth” syrup and cocoa mousee, toasted malt-butter cookie

Gorgonzola @ vanilla bean semi freddo, “Labyrinth” syrup, cinnamon/coffee black sea salt, blow-torched pear -paired with- Labyrinth Wood-aged Black Ale
